OUR FITNESS CENTRE

Sci-Fit Cardio Equipment: We provide our members with state of the art cardio equipment including rowers, treadmills, cycles, cross-trainers, grinders, steppers, recline cycles & climbers. Train in front of our BIG LG screens.

Maxim Pin Loaded Machines: We have 25 pin-loaded machines covering all major muscle groups. Loads can be set from very light (10kg) to very heavy (107.5k) & go up in 2.5kg increments. Instructions & illustrations are displayed on all our pin-loaded machines.

Free Weights Area: We have a large range of free weights. Our Dumbbells start from 1kg up to 50kg. We have 2 full sets of dumbbells & barbells which mean less waiting time. Our weights area includes leg press, squat rack, bench press, incline press, shoulder press, smith machine, cable machine, chin up / dip bar plus more.

Group Fitness Studio: Our Group Fitness Studio has a high-tech sprung wooden floor similar to that used in dance studios. This makes it an excellent place to hold our Group Fitness Classes. It is also available for member use; we have boxing gear (free standing punch/kick bag, gloves, skipping ropes) & agility gear (hurdles, cones etc).

Hydraulic Circuit: Our Hydraulic Circuit is great for beginners and may also be useful for people coming off injuries. The movements are smooth & the resistance comes from the both push & pull actions of the exercise movement.

Abdominal/Core Area: We have a designated area where you can work your core area which includes abdominals, obliques & lower-back muscles. We have a range of Swiss balls, medicine balls, foam rollers & pin-loaded machines to work your core muscles.

Stadium Courts: As part of your membership you get free casual use of the Stadium Courts during times that the courts are not booked for other activities. Just ask for a netball or basketball at the front desk. Or you can capitalise on the huge space (approx 135m in length!) to try some different training.

Changing Rooms: Lockers are located in the changing rooms & are free for member use (please bring your own padlock). Both the women’s & men’s change rooms have hairdryers. We make it our mission to keep our changing rooms clean & tidy so feel free to see us if our changing rooms require attention.

Douglas Track and Field: The Douglas Track & Field is a public park space located right next to The Trusts Stadium. It is a great place to exercise to complement your training at The Trusts Stadium Fitness . There is an international standard 400m athletics track, plenty of fields & walking/jogging tracks in the surrounding area.

Car Park: The Trusts Stadium has 376 on-site car parks. Whilst we believe this is a huge benefit for our members, it is important to note that many groups who utilise The Trusts Stadium 'precinct' also require car parking. We appreciate your empathy towards car parking during some of our popular events.
