4 EASY STEPS
Check out the following 4 easy steps to getting started with a personalised fitness programme designed with you in mind.
Step 1. Fitness Consultation
Your first appointment is a Fitness Consultation. Your Trainer will take you through a fitness questionnaire & discuss with you your fitness goals & the best type of programme that would be suitable for you. Your Trainer can take measurements such as height, weight, blood pressure & girth measurements if you would like to chart your progress.
Step 2. Programme Design
Using the information gathered in the Fitness Consultation, your Trainer will design a personalised programme just for you.
Step 3. Programme Show
Your second appointment is a Programme Show. In this appointment your Trainer will take you through your personalised programme & teach you the proper exercise techniques.
Step 4. 6 Weeks of Training
After your Programme Show session with your Trainer, you are now ready to train by yourself. During your 6 weeks of training, if you have any questions or forget an exercise, please feel free to ask your Trainer or any one at The Trusts Stadium. After approximately 6 weeks of training see your Trainer about a re-assessment to measure your progress.
