From the energizing Radical Fitness classes including Power & X-55 , to our mind body classes such as Yoga & Pilates. Radical Fitness is a new evolution of Group Fitness Programmes. CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Radical X-55
X-55 uses simple routines on a step box with hand weights to tone your muscles, burn more calories & give your body an Extreme workout.
Radical Power
Is an effective programme using barbells to tone your muscles & improve your fitness. Power uses 3 blocks of progressive loading in the weight segments as well as 2 cardio components.
Pilates
Classical Pilates Method focusing on strength, stamina, stability, flexibility & control. Re-balance your body in this body, mind & spirit workout. Suitable for all fitness levels.
Yoga
Yoga is an ancient system of breathing practices, physical exercise, posture & meditation intended to integrate your body, mind & spirit.
Stability Ball
Improve your strength, co-ordination, control & balance while working on a stability(bosu) ball.
Froggy Fitness
A mixed, friendly, fun, surprising session with our French Trainer.
